Q:1 How do I place an order on Qaiser Jahan?
Simply browse our collection, select your favourite
suit, choose your size and color, then click Add to
Cart and proceed to checkout. Both Cash on Delivery
and online payment options are available.
Q:2 Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across all cities
in Pakistan. Pay when your order arrives at your
doorstep — safe, easy and stress free.
Q : 3 Can I place an order on WhatsApp?
Yes! You can place your order directly on WhatsApp
at 0332-9319964. Share the product name, size,
color and your delivery address and we will
process your order immediately.
Q : 4 Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of
placement. After 24 hours, the order goes into
processing and cannot be cancelled. Contact us
immediately on WhatsApp for cancellation requests.
Q : 5 What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer,
EasyPaisa, JazzCash and online card payments whatever is most convenient for you.
Category 2 — Stitching
Q: 6 Is stitching available at Qaiser Jahan?
Yes! We offer custom stitching on all unstitched
suits. Simply share your measurements at checkout
or WhatsApp us after placing your order and our
in-house tailoring team will stitch your suit
to perfection.
Q : 7 How do I share my measurements for stitching?
After placing your order, WhatsApp us your
measurements at 0332-9319964. We need the
following details:
- Shirt Length
- Trouser Length
- Chest Size
- Waist Size
- Sleeve Length
- Shoulder Width
Q :8 How long does stitching take?
Custom stitched orders are delivered within
7-10 working days. We take extra care to ensure
your suit is stitched perfectly before dispatch.
Q :9 What is the stitching charges?
Stitching charges vary depending on the suit
design and style. Free stitching is available
on orders above Rs. 2,500. WhatsApp us for
exact stitching charges on your selected suit.
Q :10 Can I get my dupatta stitched as well?
Yes! We offer complete stitching services
including shirt, trouser and dupatta finishing.
Share your requirements on WhatsApp and we
will take care of everything.
Category 3 — Delivery & Shipping
Q :11 How long does delivery take across Pakistan?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days across
Pakistan via TCS and Leopards Courier. Karachi,
Lahore and Islamabad may receive orders within
2-3 working days.
Q: 12 Is free shipping available?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders
above Rs. 2,500. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 180
applies on orders below this amount.
Q: 13 Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Your tracking number will be shared on
WhatsApp within 48 hours of dispatch. You can
track your order directly on the TCS or Leopards
Courier website using this number.
Q:14 Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver to all major and minor cities
across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore,
Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan,
Peshawar, Quetta and many more.
Q: 15 What happens if my order is delayed?
In case of any delay, our team will notify you
immediately on WhatsApp with an updated delivery
timeline. You can also contact us anytime at
0332-9319964 for order status updates.
Category 4 — Exchange & Returns
Q: 16 What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer exchanges on products with verified
manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery.
Item must be unused, unwashed and in original
packaging with all tags attached.
Q: 17 Can I exchange my suit for a different size?
Yes! Size exchange is available within 7 days
of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp with your
order number and we will arrange the exchange
as quickly as possible.
Q:18 Can I return a stitched suit?
Stitched and custom orders are not eligible
for return. However size exchange is accepted
within 7 days of delivery if the stitching
does not match your provided measurements.
Q:19 How do I request an exchange?
Take clear photos of the defect or issue and
WhatsApp us at 0332-9319964 within 48 hours
of receiving your order. Our team will verify
and process your exchange within 2 working days.
Q:20 Are sale items eligible for exchange?
Sale items are eligible for size exchange only.
Cash refunds are not available on discounted
or sale items.

We make every effort to display colors as
accurately as possible. However colors may
slightly vary due to screen and monitor settings.

Q:24 What is the difference between lawn and khaddar?
Lawn is a lightweight, breathable cotton fabric
perfect for summer wear. Khaddar is a thicker,
warmer fabric ideal for winter season. Both are
available in beautiful printed and embroidered
designs at Qaiser Jahan.
