Return & Refund Policy – Qaiser Jahan

At Qaiser Jahan, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. While all sales are final, we want you to shop with confidence, and we offer exchanges for products with manufacturing defects.

Exchange Policy:

• If your order arrives with any manufacturing defect, please report it within 48 hours of receiving your product.
• The product must be unused, with original labels and tags attached.
• Products showing stains, marks, body odor, or perfume scent cannot be exchanged.
• Once the defect is verified, you will be offered an exchange for a product of equal value or store credit for future purchases.
• Exchanges must be completed within 1 week of delivery.

Important Notes:

• There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
• Product exchanges are not possible once your order is confirmed. To select a different design or color, a new order must be placed.
