  1. Product Quality & Satisfaction:
    We take pride in offering high-quality, carefully selected products. Every item is crafted with attention to detail to ensure comfort, style, and elegance.
  2. Return & Exchange Policy:
    • Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product with any manufacturing defect or fault, we will gladly exchange it.
    • To request an exchange, please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    • The product should be unused, with labels and tags attached. Products with stains, marks, or damage caused after delivery cannot be exchanged.
    • Once approved, you will be offered an exchange for the same-price product or store credit for future purchases.
  3. Color & Display Disclaimer:
    Colors and textures may slightly vary due to monitor or screen differences, but rest assured, our products are carefully inspected before dispatch.
  4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:
    • COD packages must be paid in full before opening as per courier rules in Pakistan.
    • Please do not request the delivery person to open the package before payment.
  5. Delivery Timing:
    • Domestic (Pakistan): 5–7 working days for available products.
    • International: Up to 15 working days for available products. Customers will be notified in case of any delays.
